In 2021 Dr. Kiprov founded Global Apheresis, Inc. He serves as the President and Chief Medical Officer of the company.

In 2022 Dr. Kiprov became a co-founder of Lyfspn, Inc and sereves as the Chief Medical Officer of the comany.

In 1985, Dr. Kiprov founded the first exclusive therapeutic apheresis mobile program in the USA (Bay Area Mobile Apheresis Program – BAMAP). The program grew from 250 to 2000 annual procedures under Dr. Kiprov’s ownership and leadership. BAMAP was eventually sold for profit. 

 In 1992, Dr. Kiprov founded the Center for Apheresis and Immunology (CAI).CAI was sold for profit to a national outfit.

 In 1989, Dr. Kiprov founded Medical Visual Creations (MVC), a multimedia company which has produced numerous award winning educational, corporate, documentary and other titles. Dr. Kiprov is an award winning video producer, director and editor. MVC continues to strive under Dr. Kiprov’s ownership and leadership.
